Kathryn A. Watson

Kathryn A. Watson brought her extensive experience in government to Spalding & Hilmes, PC in 2007 to assist clients in a wide range of environmental practice areas, including air, water, waste, site remediation, wetlands, stormwater, and underground storage tanks, to name a few. Kathy provides legal services in the areas of compliance, permitting, remediation, enforcement defense and litigation. Her previous experience as a commercial real estate attorney also makes her uniquely able to assist clients with the environmental aspects of property transactions. She has also taken the Alternative Dispute Resolution Mediation Training (40 hours) by the Indiana Continuing Legal Education Forum. Kathy has been in practice in Indiana for over 30 years.
